作爲日本僅有的六大米芝蓮三星壽司名廚之一，宮川大師將於3 月20 及21 日回歸「鮨 吉祥 宫川」，聯袂頂級日本清酒品牌「Sake Hundred」，展開兩場清酒與江戶前壽司 的華麗對話。「Sake Hundred」旗下的「百光（BYAKKO）」純米大吟釀，於權威的 葡萄酒品評會「IWC 2019」中獲得金獎。是次「鮨吉祥 宫川」宴席的清酒，皆由榮獲 
「酒匠（Sakasho）」榮譽的侍酒師 Ivan Au Yang 精挑細選，與宴席上的美饌和諧配 合。全球僅有 604 名「酒匠」，而 Ivan Au Yang 則是少數常駐澳門且獲此名銜的侍酒 師。
